Position Overview

ARC Multifamily is seeking a highly analytical and motivated Senior Acquisitions Analyst to support the firm’s multifamily investment strategy. This role will focus on financial modeling, underwriting multifamily acquisitions, investment analysis, and transaction execution from initial review through closing.

The Senior Acquisitions Analyst will work closely with senior leadership, operations, and construction teams to evaluate investment opportunities and support value-creation strategies across the firm’s portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Track economic, demographic, and market data to identify target markets for multifamily acquisitions Underwrite and evaluate potential multifamily acquisitions, joint ventures, and equity investments Build detailed financial models, including sensitivity analyses and investment return projections Participate in the due diligence process, including financial reviews, property inspections, and evaluation of legal and third-party reports Research capital markets trends and assist in developing asset-specific debt and capital structure strategies Assist in preparing investment memorandums, offering materials, and investor reporting Participate in discussions with high-net-worth and institutional investors as needed Collaborate with operations and construction teams to develop and implement each asset’s business plan Analyze property-level and portfolio-level performance trends Conduct ongoing performance analyses to support capital events such as refinances, holds, or dispositions Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field Experience through internships or full-time roles with investment banks, private equity firms, real estate investment or development firms, or similar organizations Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and investment analysis Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to travel nationally up to 30%, with additional local travel for property inspections Preferred Experience

The strongest candidates will have experience with:

Multifamily acquisition underwriting and financial modeling Building and analyzing pro forma investment models Evaluating investment returns including IRR, equity multiple, and cash-on-cash returns Reviewing rent rolls, operating statements, and property-level financials Experience working with real estate private equity, acquisitions, development, or investment banking teams Familiarity with Argus, CoStar, RealPage, Yardi, or similar real estate platforms Candidates should be comfortable building and analyzing detailed acquisition models in Excel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
