Summary The
Salesforce Specialist
will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms. The associate will play a crucial role in optimizing the performance and functionality of these systems to support our customer service operations and marketing initiatives.
This role requires the candidate to be in the Rutherford, NJ area.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and prioritization skills
2 - 4 years of experience preferred
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, profiles, roles, sharing rules, permission, etc. in Salesforce Clouds and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Configure and customize the platforms to meet business requirements and enhance user experience, as well as providing the technical documentation affiliated to said configurations and customizations.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
Design and implement automation processes and configuration changes, including workflows, flow builder, process builder, and page layouts.
Configure and maintain integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud and other systems, such as ERP and CRM platforms.
