We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Automotive Inventory Manager to join our dynamic team and help drive our inventory management to new heights. Position Overview:

The Automotive Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking, efficient processes, and optimal stock levels. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive parts and inventory systems, as well as exceptional organizational and analytical skills. Job Description/Qualifications: Move used/new and straighten car inventory (multiple times daily) Stock-in new cars off the truck (check for damages and remove manufacturer wrap) Make new car deal jackets, keys tags (daily) - Good handwriting a plus Print off invoices/pdf window stickers Take photos of new car inventory and upload them to website (daily) Make new car addendums (daily) Help manage new car inventory using multiple software programs Assist in tracking new car inventory Ability to multitask and work along with other departments. Keep vehicles neat and orderly, moving units as directed and in accordance with dealership display standards Clean driving record Previous automotive porter or lot attendant experience would be helpful! Willing to work outside in all kinds of weather Requirements Qualifications: Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Active listening and empathy to understand customer needs. Excellent product knowledge and ability to explain complex information clearly. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques.
