Superior Communications is looking for a MarCom Specialist in Irwindale, CA.
The MarCom Specialist – Mobile Accessories oversees marketing communications that support mobile accessory device launches, promotions, and sales initiatives. This role handles the marketing calendar, develops product and promotional materials, maintains digital marketing content, and coordinates email campaigns and industry events. Working closely with sales, product, and design teams, the MarCom Specialist ensures clear, timely communication while providing insights to strengthen future marketing efforts.
Marketing Planning & Insights
Oversee the mobile accessory channel marketing calendar, including device launches, promotions, and new product introductions.
Plan and coordinate seasonal marketing campaigns, including creating presentations and sales materials to support upcoming promotions and sales initiatives.
Analyze mobile accessory channel promotions and create post‑mortem reports, highlighting key trends, wins, and opportunities to improve future campaigns.
Product & Content Marketing
Create product spec sheets and launch materials for new device releases, including one‑pagers and customer‑specific ads.
Work with design teams to create mobile accessory marketing materials, gathering images, part numbers, and product specs for e‑fliers and banners.
Digital & Website Management
Maintain product listings on the website through Magento, ensuring product information and images are accurate and up to date.
Initiate new homepage banners, keeping promotions fresh and making sure they link to the correct landing pages.
Email Marketing
Administer the distribution of marketing e‑fliers through Mailchimp, including uploading campaigns and scheduling sends.
Maintain and organize customer email lists to ensure accurate and effective distribution.
Write subject lines and messaging to help drive open rates and engagement.
Trade Shows & Events
Coordinate participation in major mobile accessory wireless industry events including booth reservations, layout planning, product selection, and shipping logistics for booth materials and displays.

3+ years in Marketing Communications (MarCom) or similar role
Strong ability to translate data into clear narrative
Excellent written communication skills
Analytical mindset with a customer‑first approach
Experience working closely with sales teams
Solid visual sense and eye for design
Strong attention to detail and excellent follow‑up/through skills
Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
Experience email marketing software such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact a plus
Experience with trade show coordination and planning a plus
Knowledge of graphic software such as Adobe Creative Suite to include InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro a plus
Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisor responsibility
Work Environment This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
