Schedule Monday - Friday
8:00am - 4:00pm
Daily Tasks
Handle inbound calls
Set appointments
Call warm leads and follow up with potential customers
Handle customer conflicts
Meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs and revenue goals
Maintain call center script knowledge
Understand price conditioning
Stay up to date on products IHE offers and services we provide
Overcome customer objections
Actively manage the CRM
Qualifications
Strong communication and customer service skills to handle inquiries and provide tailored responses
Sales experience, including the ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales goals
Skills in Training and Sales Management to support team collaboration and performance improvementAbility to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with a positive attitude
Proficiency in using CRM systems and related software tools is a plus
High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or customer service are advantageous
