Partnerships Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

Support the execution of digital media campaigns across a variety of paid advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic vendors to support talent attraction initiatives.

Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with campaign goals.

Assist in tracking media budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure campaigns stay on target.

Analyze campaign metrics and help optimize performance by adjusting bids, audiences, and placements as needed.

Prepare and distribute performance reports, offering insights and trends to stakeholders.

Manage vendor relationships and support invoicing, trafficking, and campaign QA.

Stay up to date on digital media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to talent attraction.

Minimum Experience:

1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or a related field, including internships.

Qualifications:

Experience managing or supporting paid digital media campaigns preferred.

Experience working with Recruitment or talent acquisition marketing campaigns preferred.

Takes ownership and follows through without constant direction.

Proactively identifies issues and proposes solutions.

Open to feedback and applies it quickly.

Balances speed and accuracy in a high-volume environment.

This position is fully remote and will require a home office.

Home Office Requirements :

Reliable high-speed internet service

Minimum 25 Mbps download speeds / 50 Mbps for shared internet connectivity

Minimum 5 Mbps upload speeds
