As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll help us bring people together — hosting events at local bars, creating authentic social content, and showing how UCBC fits into the everyday moments that make college worth it. Must be 21+ by the start date to apply. Who We’re Looking For A current college student (21+) in Missouri or STL Metro East Someone with an active social media presence and a genuine social circle A natural connector — you’re the one people text when they want to do something Comfortable with basic video content creation on a smartphone Available evenings/weekends for events (frequency varies by season) What You’ll Do Host UCBC-sponsored bar events with support from regional distributors — bar tabs, tastings, and merch giveaways Capture photo and video content at events and deliver one polished video per event for UCBC’s social channels Post at least one feed post and one story per event on your personal Instagram featuring the brand Pitch ideas for integrating UCBC into existing community moments — sporting events, parades, festivals, and more We love content that… Features real people — aim for 2+ friends in videos and photos Highlights social rituals and community-building moments Shows UCBC as a natural, effortless part of gathering Feels unscripted, warm, and genuine Paid per event with additional perks including merchandise and free product at event. Goal is one event per month, with additional opportunities as they arise. Timeline This role follows a semester-based timeline, with the opportunity for extension based on performance and team needs. Candidates located in or near St. Louis may also have the option to begin earlier with a summer start date.
