Field & Events Marketing Manager
to join our growing team and oversee our East Coast based events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, blending the strategic and tactical elements of field marketing and event logistics. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating high‑impact events, driving lead‑generation initiatives, and building strategic partnerships to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities
Field Marketing & Event Logistics:
Coordinate and execute field marketing activities, including trade shows, conferences, roadshows, and partner events, ensuring seamless logistics and impactful attendee experiences.
Manage vendor relationships and on‑site event execution to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create compelling event content and promotional campaigns that drive attendance and engagement.
Partnership Development & Relationships:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and industry events.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify key strategic partnerships and nurture relationships.
Collaboration with Sales and Marketing:
Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with marketing campaigns and strategies.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand their requirements and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality of leads and suggest improvements for lead generation strategies.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, including the number of leads identified, qualified, and passed to sales.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in field marketing or event planning roles.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in full tech stack for business (MS Office, Google Workspace).
Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
Ability to travel up to 50% of time to support field marketing events and business development activities .
Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $90,000‑130,000 annually plus company equity. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s location, qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
