
Marketing Coordinator - Hybrid Graphic & Content Support

The Marketing Coordinator provides day-to-day support to the marketing team by assisting with graphics, written content, and updates to existing materials. This role focuses on editing and updating pre-built templates, implementing requested changes, and helping maintain organized marketing assets. The Marketing Coordinator works under the direction of the marketing staff and contributes to small tasks that support ongoing marketing efforts. This is a temporary position with the opportunity to turn permanent if it is the right fit.
Minimum Education and Experience
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, journalism, communications, graphic design, or a related field. Relevant coursework in graphic design, digital media, marketing, or writing. Demonstrated interest in marketing, branding, or visual communications. Willingness to learn internal processes and tools. Implement edits and updates to existing marketing materials. Populate pre-built templates using provided content. Maintain consistency with brand standards. Communicate progress and ask clarifying questions when needed. Keep marketing assets organized and properly named. Support the marketing team with daily requests and small assignments. Edit graphics and layouts based on provided updates. Populate and update templates with finalized information. Assist with newsletter and announcement production. Create simple graphics for internal or social media use. Organize and maintain marketing materials and asset folders. Provide general administrative and coordination support to the marketing team. Skills and Abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator. Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere. Ability to follow brand standards and directions closely. Physical Requirements
Applicants must be physically capable and possess the skills necessary to perform all aspects of the position requirements, with reasonable accommodation.
