Moving Rasa Discovery Cards , a premium reflection deck that is tarot-adjacent and designed for personal growth, embodied inquiry, and community practice.

Overview We are hiring a hands‑on

Preorders + Partnerships Manager

to help grow our waitlist, fill two pre‑launch Founding Supporter workshops, build aligned collaborations, and most importantly

convert early supporters into deck preorders .

Important:

The funnel strategy, core messaging, and primary email sequence are being developed internally. This role focuses primarily on

preorder generation, waitlist growth, community outreach, partnership building, workshop enrollment, and campaign coordination .

This role is

deck launch focused only . Coaching and 1:1 services are not in scope.

Pre‑Launch Workshops Before printing the deck, we will host two in‑person

Founding Supporter Intro Workshops

using a Workshop Canvas Pack and preview card images.

June — California

The founder will lead the workshop content.

This role focuses on

promotion, outreach, partnerships, enrollment, and helping convert workshop momentum into preorders .

Primary Outcomes By the end of the 6‑week sprint, we have:

Strong waitlist growth with clear lead‑source tracking

Deck preorders actively coming in

May NYC workshop filled or strongly on track

June California workshop actively filling

2–4 aligned collaborations booked

A clear partner and outreach pipeline established

Weekly reporting on waitlist growth, workshop registrations, and preorder conversions

A clear launch calendar through the summer

Time & Compensation

8–12 hours/week for 6 weeks

$3,000–$4,500 total , depending on experience

Optional milestone bonus tied to measurable outcomes

Core Responsibilities Waitlist Growth + Preorder Conversion Drive qualified traffic to the waitlist, workshop registration, and preorder pages through:

community outreach

partnerships

practitioner networks

aligned organizations

targeted promotional campaigns

direct invitations to relevant communities

Track lead sources and identify which channels, communities, and messages are producing the strongest waitlist growth and preorder conversion.

Support the path from:

outreach → waitlist/workshop interest → deck preorder

Partnerships + Collaborations Build relationships with aligned communities and organizations that can help amplify the launch.

Identify and outreach facilitators, practitioners, community leaders, and organizations

Build a list of aligned collaborators in NYC, California, and online

Book

2–4 collaborations

such as:

newsletter swaps

IG Lives or conversations

community presentations

partner‑hosted workshops

event hosts

affiliates or aligned promoters

Workshop Promotion + Enrollment Help ensure strong enrollment for both Founding Supporter workshops.

Coordinate partner amplification and community outreach for each city

Help ensure workshop registration pages and reminders are functioning smoothly

Support a repeatable enrollment process that helps workshop visibility also grow the broader waitlist and preorder pipeline

Email + Campaign Operations Support Support implementation of internal launch assets.

Load and schedule campaign emails in Bloomerang

Support segmentation and campaign coordination

Help manage reminders and workshop communications

QA automations and flag issues

Recommend improvements based on performance data

Reporting + Coordination Maintain a simple weekly scorecard tracking:

traffic

waitlist growth

workshop registrations

preorder conversions

lead sources

campaign performance

Provide a weekly plan and recap with learnings, next steps, and recommendations.

Required Experience

Experience in audience growth, outreach, partnerships, launch promotion, or preorder campaigns

Experience helping fill events, workshops, or community‑based offerings

Strong written communication for outreach and relationship‑building

Comfortable working independently and moving quickly

Ability to track results and adjust strategy based on performance

Nice to Have

Bloomerang, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or ConvertKit experience

Squarespace or Shopify familiarity

Light paid social testing experience

Experience with mission‑driven, arts, wellness, spirituality, or creator‑led organizations

NYC or California community connections
