Brand Designer

The role
We're looking for a senior-level Brand Designer to own Dexmate's visual identity across every touchpoint — from our website and marketing materials to pitch decks and social content.
You'll work closely with the founding team on brand strategy, marketing launches, and product storytelling. This is a broad, in-person role at a fast-moving startup — you'll do everything from crafting a polished one‑pager to designing the Vega product page, sitting side‑by‑side with engineers and leadership.
What You'll Do
Own and evolve Dexmate's visual brand identity — logo, typography, color system, brand guidelines
Design and maintain the Dexmate website (layout, landing pages, product pages)
Create marketing collateral: pitch decks, sales one‑pagers, trade show materials, product datasheets
Design social media content and support PR campaigns
Produce UI mockups and design assets for the Dexmate's product
Build and maintain a scalable design system in Figma
What We're Looking For
At least 6 years of experience in brand, visual, and graphic design
Strong portfolio showing brand identity, marketing materials, and web design
Expert in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Sharp visual instincts — great typography, layout, and attention to detail
Comfortable working autonomously and collaborating in person in a fast‑paced environment
Basic HTML/CSS is a plus, but not required
