What You’ll Be Doing (AKA How You’ll Win Here)
Lead and coach a team of Direct Marketers to hit
daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Be hands-on in the field — training, mentoring, and setting the example
Build a culture of
energy, accountability, and positivity
Track performance, give real feedback, and help people level up
Ensure routes, transportation, safety, and equipment are dialed in
Reinforce best practices, scripting, and appointment quality
Partner closely with leadership to grow both
people and results
You’ll know you’re crushing it when:
Your team hits (and beats) demo and sales targets
New hires ramp quickly because your coaching is tightYour people want to work hard and want to work with you

3+ years
in canvassing, sales, or direct marketing
Loves setting goals — and beating them
Can motivate without micromanaging
