Location Hybrid role based in either Seattle or the Bay Area (required)
Role Overview We are seeking a Senior‑level Product Designer to design and ship high‑quality, consumer‑facing digital products, including experiences across AI‑enabled and wearable platforms. This role focuses on translating complex technical capabilities into intuitive, usable, and compelling experiences for everyday users. You will operate end to end in ambiguous problem spaces, set a high bar for craft and interaction quality, and bring strong user‑centered thinking to fast‑moving, 0→1 environments.
What You’ll Do Own product design from early concept through launch, ensuring high‑quality execution and alignment with product goals. Design consumer‑facing experiences that clearly surface complex system capabilities in ways that feel simple, useful, and trustworthy. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners in product, engineering, and research to define problems, explore solutions, and deliver cohesive experiences. Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on ideas in fast‑paced and ambiguous environments. Contribute to and evolve interaction patterns, visual language, and design systems where applicable. Clearly communicate design rationale to stakeholders and advocate for accessibility, inclusion, and strong user‑centered design.
Hard Requirements
Proven experience designing and shipping real, consumer‑facing products.
Exceptional visual design craft, demonstrated through a portfolio of shipped work.
Advanced interaction design skills across complex flows and systems.
Strong rapid prototyping skills with the ability to iterate quickly and effectively.
Experience owning work end to end and delivering high‑craft outcomes in fast‑moving environments.
Strongly Preferred
Experience designing and shipping AI‑powered or AI‑assisted products, with examples of translating intelligent system behavior into understandable user experiences.
Experience designing for wearables or companion experiences across devices.
Nice to Have
Motion design experience.
Systems design experience, including building or maintaining design systems.
Familiarity with emerging interaction models or intelligent systems.
Experience partnering closely with ML, data science, or hardware teams.
Qualifications 8+ years of professional product design experience with a strong emphasis on visual and interaction design. A portfolio demonstrating high‑quality shipped consumer work, ideally spanning complex or emerging platforms. Proven ability to deliver high‑craft design in ambiguous, high‑priority, and 0→1 product spaces. Mastery of modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma. Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward with minimal oversight.
