Position Overview Prosperity Athletic Club is a state of the art multi-sport club featuring 7 lighted har tru tennis courts, 1 lighted hard surface tennis court, 4 lighted pickleball courts, 5 brand new lighted padel courts, and indoor pool, plus a brand new field sports complex featuring 3 small sided turf soccer fields and 2 futsal courts. The 4,000 sq ft clubhouse was renovated in 2025 and now includes a new member lounge/bar, new fitness center, and updated locker rooms and staff offices.

We are seeking an energetic, business minded Head Racquet Sports Professional to lead on court instruction in our tennis and pickleball programs, and assist with our new padel program. The Head Racquet Sports Professional is responsible for delivering exceptional on-court instruction, driving revenue through lessons and programs, leading junior development, and fostering a vibrant, community focused racquet sports culture. While padel experience or certification is not required—we will train and certify you—strong credentials and certifications in tennis and pickleball, are important for success in this role.

The ideal candidate is a strong coach, proven program builder, and natural relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Operations

Oversee all junior racquet sports programming, scheduling, and court utilization

Oversee all pickleball programming, scheduling, and court utilization

Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning

Programming & Revenue Growth

Develop and execute adult and junior clinics, leagues, camps, and events

Grow private and semi-private lesson revenue

Drive membership engagement and retention through innovative programming

Build partnerships with schools, leagues, and community organizations

Track KPIs including participation, lesson revenue, and program profitability

Coaching & Instruction

Deliver high-quality private and group instruction across skill levels

Mentor junior players and competitive pathways

Support tournaments, socials, and special events

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of racquet sports coaching and program management experience

Current RSPA, PTR, PPR, or equivalent certification (or ability to obtain)

Demonstrated success growing lesson/program revenue

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and events as needed

Passion for community engagement and player development

Preferred

Multi-sport racquet background (tennis + pickleball + padel, etc.)

Experience managing staff and budgets

Tournament or league management experience

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $30,000-35,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Commission Structure

Percentage of private and group lesson revenue

Incentives tied to program enrollment and court utilization

Retail, equipment sales, and racquet stringing commission (if applicable)

Performance Bonuses

Quarterly or annual bonus based on:

Total racquet sports revenue growth

Membership/program participation targets

Event and tournament profitability

Customer satisfaction metrics

On-Target Earnings Potential

$80,000 – $100,000+ based on performance
