Seasonal Customer Experience Representative Opportunity The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative (CXR).
The Customer Service Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offers company approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers.
This position also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience.
This position is located at the Punta Gorda Airport – PGD, 28000 A-1 Airport Rd, Punta Gorda, FL 33982.
This is a seasonal position which will begin in November and last 150 days and candidates can work 44 hours per week.
The starting pay rate is $19 per hour (hourly overtime pay above 40 hours) plus a monthly customer service bonus opportunity.
This position can make a targeted monthly bonus up to $400.

Sunday: 3pm – Closing
Monday: 3pm – Closing
Tuesday: 12pm – 8pm
Wednesday: 12pm – 9pm
Thursday: 12pm – 9pm
Friday: Off
Saturday: Off
Responsibilities
Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
Provide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and other services
Use company approved sales and service techniques to determine customer needs and offer optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other equipment
Offer additional customer assistance by providing directions, maps, local area information, and service information
Answer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, questions and provide information and resolutions for customers, other branches, and vendors
Place outgoing calls for callback management and miscellaneous calls as assigned
Assess condition of rental upon return
Notify management of any known customer problems
Notify management of any known vehicle problems and any required maintenance
Continuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on‑the‑job training, development opportunities and company sponsored classroom training
Perform miscellaneous and backup duties as assigned

Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
Minimum 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, guest services, or administrative support
Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the last 3 years
No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
Authorized to work in the United States and not requiring work‑authorization sponsorship now or in the future
