Job Description The Digital Marketing Senior Specialist executes and optimizes digital touchpoints to drive engagement, loyalty, and performance. This role manages day‑to‑day digital operations including CRM programs, website content, technical enhancements, and performance metrics to ensure seamless campaign execution, measurable growth, and best‑in‑class customer experience.

Your Impact and Responsibilities

Develop and execute national and local marketing campaigns across email, website, and app platforms to drive retention and engagement

Own execution of Caniac Club messaging and offer delivery across all channels

Build and manage a comprehensive digital content calendar and roadmap

Lead digital setup for new restaurant openings, including landing pages and “About This Restaurant” content

Maintain and update evergreen website content with brand accuracy and SEO optimization

Monitor digital performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization

Partner with Customer Support and Operations teams to manage ratings, reviews, and digital product updates

Collaborate with development teams to prioritize and deploy UX and performance enhancements

Maintain accurate local listings across platforms, including Google Business Profile and Apple Maps, to improve visibility and drive traffic

Manage website support tickets, resolving technical and content issues with internal partners

Serve as the subject matter expert and primary resource for digital content and performance updates

Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, CRM, or website management

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience

Strong knowledge of CMS platforms, SEO fundamentals, and marketing automation tools

Strong cross‑functional partnership skills with experience collaborating across internal teams and external vendors

Experience executing multi‑channel campaigns with attention to detail and performance tracking

Skilled in developing processes and business documents such as content calendars, timelines, and business reviews

Strong written and verbal communication

Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with ADA compliance and digital accessibility standards
