Instructional Designer II

Responsibilities
Design and develop instructional materials including lesson plans, slide decks, guides, and digital learning content.
Create integrated communications including print, video, digital, and mobile learning materials.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to simplify complex information into clear training content.
Manage production timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and oversee content version control.
Design visual assets such as graphics, diagrams, and infographics to enhance learning experiences.
Support development of interactive learning experiences using PowerPoint and eLearning tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Media Production, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience developing training or instructional content.
Experience with eLearning tools such as Articulate.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
Experience working with SMEs and translating complex information into structured learning content.
Preferred
Experience with video or multimedia production.
Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
