Location:
Piscataway, New Jersey (Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite) Salary:
Up to
$80,000 per year
+ 5% performance-based bonus (paid in March)
About the Role We're seeking a
hands‑on, creative, and detail‑oriented Global Digital Specialist – Content Management
to manage and execute digital content across
email, web, organic and paid social channels . This hybrid role is ideal for someone who can
bridge strategy and execution , support
content production , and collaborate across
global and local markets .

Key Responsibilities Content & Channel Management
Own
day-to-day content workflows , uploading and organizing assets across email, web, and social channels.
Make
key brand and content approval decisions
ensuring alignment, quality, and timely delivery.
Maintain
content calendars, asset libraries, and production timelines .
Support
local market teams
with assets and
translation/localization services .
Content Production & Campaign Support
Assist on
content shoots
(infrequently) including briefing, timeline management, and asset capture.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to
plan and deliver campaigns .
Translate brand strategies into actionable
content plans and briefs .
Performance & Insights
Analyze content performance across channels to
optimize future campaigns .
Support monthly and campaign-level reporting.
Leverage insights from social listening, research, and the digital team to inform
content strategy .
Required Skills & Attributes
3+ years of experience in
content management, digital marketing, or brand marketing
Strong
project management skills
and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent
communication skills
and ability to coordinate across teams and external partners
Creative mindset
with an understanding of brand tone and content performance
Passion for the
art community and creative culture
Experience with
CMS, email platforms, social media tools , and familiarity with
Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut
is a plus
Additional Details
Hybrid role: 2-3 days onsite, flexible Wednesdays, no Fridays
Summer Fridays: half-day Fridays
Occasional travel to
New York
for content shoots
Up to
$80,000 per year
+ 5% performance-based bonus (paid annually in March)
