Complete Care Hamilton Plaza
Schedule: Full-time 1st shift and on‑call as needed. No weekend requirements.
Salary: Starting at $65,000+ per year (depending on experience).
As the Social Services Director on our team, you’ll play a key role in making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
Social Services Director – Qualifications & Responsibilities
Must have an active/valid NJ LSW or CSW
Previous LTC/nursing home experience is required
Prior experience managing social work staff
Ability to work effectively in a team, environment, collaborate with others, and perform well under pressure
Directs, establishes & plans the overall policies/goals for the Social Services Dept.
Maintains accurate, thorough, and timely documentation
Participates in interdisciplinary care plan meetings to ensure treatment of the social and emotional needs of the resident
Helps provide a smooth admission and discharge process for residents and family members
Ability to work independently or as part of an interprofessional team
Computer knowledge and experience using Point Click Care
Other duties as assigned by Administrator
