International Customer Service Representative

*Key Responsibilities*
* Respond to customer and internal inquiries via phone and email regarding products, availability, pricing, shipping, and general information.
* Process and manage international product orders from receipt through fulfillment.
* Coordinate international shipments to ensure accurate, timely delivery.
* Prepare and manage required export and shipping documentation in coordination with internal teams.
* Resolve customer inquiries and complete quote requests efficiently and accurately.
* Maintain and update customer records and databases with accurate information.
* Interpret and apply terms and conditions, pricing agreements, and customer contracts.
* Recommend alternative products or shipping solutions to meet customer needs.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service.
* Support international operations with reporting, market analysis, and administrative tasks.
* Assist with coordination and execution of international trade shows and events.
* Support development of international marketing materials and communications.
* Collaborate with internal teams across departments to deliver consistent service.
* Perform additional duties as assigned, including limited international travel when required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lake Zurich, IL.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
