Leasing Consultant

Benchmark Management is accepting applications for the position of Leasing Consultant at The Village at University Square Apartments, our 122 unit affordable multi-family apartment community. This position is for 32 hours per week. Our Leasing Consultants are responsible for assisting the Community Manager to effectively manage the community by handling leasing process, including qualifying of prospective residents, answering telephone, scheduling appointment with prospects, touring community, staying current on Management Software tasks and leasing available apartments. Candidates should have 1 - 3 years of general office/customer service experience as well as Section 8 experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
