As we grow our U.S. presence, we are looking for a Senior Management Consultant with prior experience from a leading management consultancy to strengthen our Operations Strategy offering in Raleigh.This is an opportunity to combine analytical depth, operational excellence, and entrepreneurial drive in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment.Your ImpactYou will lead high-impact operations and supply chain transformation engagements across industries, working closely with senior executives to shape and implement operational strategies that deliver measurable performance improvements.Your focus areas may include:End-to-end supply chain strategy and transformationCost management across the supply chain (our must-win battle)Network design and footprint optimizationOperations performance improvement and productivity programsS&OP / Integrated Business PlanningProcurement and inventory optimizationSustainability integration into supply chain strategyYou will:Advise COOs and senior operations leadersLead complex transformation programs from strategy to implementationFacilitate executive workshops and drive decision processesBuild strong, long-term client relationshipsContribute to business development and growth of our U.S. operations practiceCoach and develop consultants on and off projectsWe believe real impact happens when strategy and implementation go hand in hand.What You BringSeveral years of experience from a reputable management consultancyExpertise in Operations Strategy, Supply Chain, or Operational TransformationA proven track record of leading complex programs and stakeholder landscapesDeep understanding of cost structures and value drivers across the supply chainAnalytical sharpness combined with strong communication and leadership skillsAn entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to help build a growing practiceRequirements:Master’s degree (preferred) or bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic resultsAuthorization to work in the U.S.Willingness to complete a comprehensive background checkWhat We OfferAt Implement, culture is how we create results.
