DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join our team n Dallas, TX (REMOTE). In this role, you will oversee tax compliance and preparation processes while ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations. This position involves managing a variety of tax-related tasks for different types of entities and providing leadership to team members.Responsibilities:• Prepare and review income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and S corporations.• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations while maintaining accuracy in all filings.• Manage and lead a team of tax professionals to achieve departmental goals.• Conduct reviews of tax provisions and provide insights for improvement.• Utilize tax software such as CCH ProSystem Fx to streamline tax preparation processes.• Oversee the preparation of annual income tax provisions and ensure timely submissions.• Collaborate with clients to address tax-related inquiries and provide strategic solutions.• Support the formation of entities and guide clients through related tax implications.• Monitor and address sales tax compliance using specialized software.• Stay updated on changes in tax laws to ensure accurate and compliant practices.If interested, please send your resume to derek.kemp@roberthalf.c0mRequirements• Okay working Remote• Strong knowledge of annual income tax provisions and corporate tax regulations.• Background in partnership and entity formation tax processes.• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.• Proven experience in preparing and reviewing tax returns for various entities, including individuals and corporations.• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members.• Familiarity with tax compliance processes and regulatory updates.Job typePerm
