We value humility and a team approach at every level of the company.If you are a high performing individual who is passionate about winning and inspiring others then we are excited to discuss career opportunities with you.Job DescriptionEquinox is seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Partnerships to lead the development and activation of strategic brand collaborations that elevate the member experience and drive measurable business impact.This role is responsible for bringing partnerships to life in a 360-degree way — across digital channels, in-club experiences, and out-of-club touchpoints — ensuring each collaboration feels premium, intentional, and deeply aligned with the Equinox brand.While this role includes partner sourcing, the majority of the scope is focused on activation, execution, and performance management. This is an opportunity for a creative, detail-oriented operator who understands how to translate strong ideas into seamless, high-quality experiences that resonate with members and support business goals.ResponsibilitiesPartnership Strategy & Sourcing (10%)Identify and evaluate potential brand partners across hospitality, wellness, fitness, travel, fashion, and lifestyleBuild and maintain a focused pipeline of partnership opportunities aligned to brand values and member needsAssess partnership opportunities through both brand and business lenses, including relevance, scale, and member valuePartnership Activation & Experience Execution (70%)Lead end-to-end partnership activation from concept development through launch and post-launch optimizationDevelop creative partnership concepts that translate into meaningful member experiences — not just logo placementsBring partnerships to life across digital, in-club, and out-of-club channels, including:Member communications and contentIn-club experiences, activations, and programmingEvents, experiential moments, and external-facing extensionsOwn activation planning, timelines, and deliverables across multiple concurrent partnershipsCollaborate closely with internal teams including Brand, Marketing, Club Operations, Merchandising, Legal, Finance, and Product to ensure cohesive executionManage external agencies and partner teams to deliver against creative, operational, and brand standardsCommercial Management, Measurement & Optimization (20%)Support deal structuring and contract negotiations in partnership with Legal and FinanceUnderstand and evaluate paid media value, rate cards, and in-kind value exchangeDefine success metrics for each partnership, including engagement, revenue, retention, and NPS impactTrack partner-funded value, offsets, and ROILead post-launch retrospectives and apply learnings to continuously improve future partnershipsQualifications8+ years of experience in brand partnerships, brand marketing, or integrated marketingExperience within hospitality, travel, fitness, wellness, or luxury strongly preferredMBA preferred; equivalent experience strongly consideredStrong creative instincts paired with a clear understanding of business objectives and performance metricsDeeply member-experience oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality, differentiated experiencesDemonstrated experience working with paid media valuation, rate cards, and third-party contract negotiationsHighly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detailProven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through executionExperience working with external agencies and senior partner stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWhy You’ll Love This RoleBrand partnerships at Equinox are a critical lever for delivering surprise-and-delight moments, reinforcing brand differentiation, and strengthening member loyalty.
