OverviewWe’re seeking a seasoned TechnicalMarketing Manager recognized as a subject-matter expert in Advanced Packaging. This role is responsible for defining product value propositions, building competitive positioning, driving customer adoption, and enabling sales teams for advanced semiconductor packaging solutionsKey ResponsibilitiesProduct & Technology MarketingDevelop and articulate clear value propositions for advanced packaging process control solutionOwn creation of technical marketing assets: product briefs, solution whitepapers, competitive analyses, benchmark data summaries, presentations, and webinars.Translate complex engineering concepts into clear messaging for varied audiencesMarket & Competitive Intelligence & H2H LeadershipConduct market sizing, segmentation, and trend analysis for advanced packaging ecosystemsTrack competitive landscape and emerging technologies; provide insights to executives and product teamsDevelop application use case for roadmap decisions and prioritizationLead competitor H2H, drive new product evaluation and adoptionCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with product marketing and engineering to shape product strategy based on competitive and customer insights.Collaborate with corporate marketing on campaigns, messaging, and product launches.Coordinate with operations and manufacturing for product readiness and customer alignment.QualificationsRequiredMS or PhD in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related discipline.10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing or packaging; direct exposure to BEOL/FEOL processes.Demonstrated expertise in Advanced Packaging ecosystems and customer workflows.Strong analytical and communication skills; adept at executive storytelling and data-driven decisions.Experience leading cross-functional projects to milestones in a matrix environment.PreferredHands-on inspection/metrology background.Experience with pricing strategy, product launches, and field enablement.Familiarity with reliability, yield, and metrology/inspection data as it relates to packaging performance.Success AttributesStrategic, enterprise-level thinker with a solutions-first mindset.Customer-centric, persuasive communicator who can simplify complex tech.Comfortable operating autonomously and influencing without authority.Thrives in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.Additional InformationTime Type:Full timeEmployee Type:Assignee / RegularTravel:Yes, 20% of the TimeRelocation Eligible:YesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
