Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers with parts identification and ordering Accurately source, quote, and invoice GM parts and accessories Utilize Dealerlogix to support efficient repair workflows and parts availability Process transactions, returns, and special orders using Dealertrack Maintain accurate inventory records and follow established GM procedures Communicate clearly with the service department to minimize delays and backorders Contribute to a clean, organized, and professional parts department What Success Looks Like
Accurate part sourcing with minimal errors or returns Strong support of the service department to maximize shop efficiency Consistent organization and inventory accuracy Positive working relationships with technicians, advisors, and management What We're Looking For
Must-Haves Previous Parts Advisor experience GM dealership experience Working knowledge of GM parts catalogs and procedures Strong attention to detail and time-management skills Professional communication and team-first mindset Nice to Have Inventory control or wholesale parts experience Familiarity with GM warranty and return processes What Scenic Chevrolet Offers
