What You'll Be Doing Making

high-volume outbound calls daily Getting past gatekeepers and engaging homeowners fast Handling objections without hesitation Closing for in-home consultation appointments on every call Hitting (and beating) daily and weekly booking targets Keeping your pipeline organized in CRM Who This Is For

You're confident on the phone and don't get rattled You know how to

push past objections and ask for the close You bring energy, urgency, and focus every day You don't need to be micromanaged You care about performance, not just showing up Requirements

Experience in outbound calling, sales, or appointment setting preferred Home remodeling / home services experience is a major plus Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to handle rejection and keep dialing Basic computer and CRM skills Why This Role
