The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing tax compliance and consulting services for a diverse client portfolio. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients' tax strategies are aligned with their financial objectives while adhering to regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and review tax returns for individuals and businesses to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients, helping them to minimize their tax liabilities and maximize their financial potential.Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.Stay updated on tax legislation and regulatory changes to advise clients effectively and implement necessary adjustments to their tax strategies.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on tax-related matters.QualificationsCertified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax compliance and consulting, preferably in a public accounting environment.Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations and compliance requirements.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.BenefitsUnlimited PTOMedical 100% employee premium covered DentalVision401K w/ 3% Match
