We do this with an online platform of business solutions across accounting, payroll, time tracking, payments, bill pay, lending, and more.Part of the U.S. Marketing team, the Mid-Market Marketing team is seeking a highly motivated product marketing and strategy professional who is excited to make an impact on one of Intuit's 3 Big Bets: Disrupt the Small Business Mid-Market. The ideal candidate is a self-starting strategic thinker with experience translating market, product, and customer insights into strong product and marketing strategies while influencing and partnering cross-functionally to bring their bold visions to life.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Intuit Enterprise Suite product management teams to define the ideal customer profiles, evaluate market opportunities, and prioritize the product roadmapDevelop GTM strategy, including value prop creation, pricing and packaging, positioning and messaging, and channel activationPartner with Sales to best enable them to successfully position and sell Intuit Enterprise Suite, gathering feedback from them to refine messaging and value propQualificationsBA/BS required, or equivalent work experience. Experience in SaaS companies or B2B marketing across product marketing, product management, or strategy roles5+ years of professional experience in strategy and product marketing; familiarity with mid-market business solutions a plusAbility to drive strategy formation with consumer insights and market intelligenceProven experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams to deliver amazing outcomesFluent in range of AI tools with demonstrable experience incorporating them into your workflowsDemonstrated ability to prioritize across a vast array of product solutions and initiativesSolid verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills, as well as an effective communicator at all levelsDemonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, initiative and the desire to drive significant, measurable performance resultsTrack record of making principled, data-based business decisions balanced with experienced judgmentStrong project management skills, analytical skills, and attention to detailStrong organization navigational skills, including ability to lead and influence without direct authorityAbility to manage ambiguous or complex issues with thoughtful recommendationsIntuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is: Bay Area California $158,000- 213,500
