Coil Processing Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Coil Line Operator to set up and operate cut-to-length and/or slitting lines in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for converting raw metal coils into precision-cut products that meet exact customer specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines. Red Bud Cut-to-Length line experience is strongly preferred and may qualify for higher starting pay. 1st Shift | 6:00 AM

Set up and operate coil processing equipment to meet precise customer specifications and quality requirements Monitor line performance and ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality Build, band, and package finished material according to detailed work orders Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes to stage and transport material Utilize ERP system to verify specifications and document production activity Adhere to all safety protocols and PPE requirements Complete all production and quality documentation accurately and on time What We're Looking For
Proven experience operating cut-to-length and/or slitting lines Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision work Ability to read and interpret work orders and production documentation Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes Physical capability to perform essential job functions Reliable attendance and professional work ethic What We Offer
