BDC Support Representative
Meyer's RV Superstores is looking for a motivated and organized BDC Support Representative to join our team at our Caledonia location. This position plays an important role in supporting both our sales and marketing team by managing customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with dealership marketing efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys data entry, organization, and working independently in a structured environment. The role focuses on accurate data management and administrative tasks, with minimal to no cold calling or customer outreach required. Key Responsibilities Manage inbound internet leads and customer inquiries, ensuring records and processed promptly to support team operations. Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity in our systems Coordinate communication between customers and the sales team Photograph RV inventory for online listings and marketing use Assist with marketing initiatives Support online listings and promotions Help prepare units and materials for RV shows, dealership events, and special promotions Provide general administrative and marketing support to the dealership team Qualifications Strong attention to detail with a focus on accurate data entry Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and data management tools Organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment Administrative or data entry experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Organized with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced growth environment Positive attitude and ability to adapt to change Prior BDC experience preferred but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus commission Opportunity for growth within a growing company Supportive team environment Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Paid Time Off 401k Plan Life Insurance
