Our client, a leading organization in administrative support, is seeking a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join their team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be an essential part of the administrative support team, contributing to efficient data management and office operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, aligning successfully within a dynamic and inclusive work environment. Location: West Chester, OH Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour Shift: Monday - Friday working from 11:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m. What's the Job? Enter orders and work within the order management platform, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and routing calls when needed. Maintain and organize departmental filing systems, records, and databases. What's Needed? High School diploma or equivalent with at least three years of administrative support experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to exercise discretion and handle confidential information appropriately. What's in it for me?
