We are seeking a dedicated and professional Full Time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Schedule: Weekdays and Saturdays, Combination of Mornings and Evenings Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel. Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and organized. Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Provide administrative support to staff as needed, including proofreading documents and preparing reports. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required. Assist in office management tasks to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required) Proven experience as a receptionist, personal assistant or in customer support roles. (preferred) Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office management practices. (requirement) Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. (requirement) Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. (requirement) Strong proofreading abilities to ensure accuracy in documentation. (requirement) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. (preferred) Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
