Associate Creative Director

Overview

Let's keep it simple. We need an Associate Creative Director to concept and develop ideas for one of the fastest growing and most radical outdoor brands in the nation. You'll lead the tradition alclassics and dive into some non-traditional fun, too.

The Work: Portfolio is a must; let your work shine for itself. (And please share your password if you have one. Otherwise, we move on.)

Salary: 110K - 140K

Location: This role is based onsite at our Houston HQ, where the spirit of adventure is part of our daily routine. We're looking for candidates who are local or willing to relocate (with assistance provided) to join our dynamic team.

Remote or hybrid is not an option at this time.

Skills and Experience

* 7+ years experience as a senior art director, creative director, or creative lead within advertising, in-house, or design agency

* Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time

* Cool under pressure, thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
