We are on the lookout for a talented Video Editor who has a knack for storytelling and is tuned into the latest YouTube trends. In this role, you will edit raw footage into captivating videos, enhance audio and visuals, manage video assets, and create compelling compilation edits, ensuring our content remains fresh and engaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Video Production: Transform raw footage into high-quality videos for our YouTube channel, emphasizing narrative flow and visual appeal.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on YouTube trends, audience analytics, and platform changes to refine our content strategies.
- Visual and Audio Enhancement: Use visual effects, transitions, and audio tricks to produce eye-catching videos.
- Asset Management: Organize and manage video resources for efficient content delivery.

All-expenses-paid week in Austin + the potential to join TRG
From April 20th-24th, immerse yourself in the YouTube business with our top channel managers. You’ll gain insights into Content Creation, Thumbnail Design, Title Structure, Channel Management, and YouTube's Algorithm. This is your chance to absorb knowledge from industry leaders who have generated over a billion hours of watch time using exclusive data and algorithm insights.
This experience is interactive, and your ability to apply what you learn will be evaluated. Two standout participants will be offered Assistant Channel Manager positions, working alongside our leading Channel Managers for three to five months, learning the intricacies of making content go viral and eventually managing their own YouTube Channel(s).
Expenses Covered:
- Round-trip flights to Austin, Texas (must be US based)
