We are seeking a passionate Senior Audience Marketing Manager to become the voice of our audience and lead innovative, audience-centric marketing strategies.

In this essential role, you will transform Prime Video's engagement with audiences through effective strategy development and marketing initiatives centered around their needs and motivations. As a strategic architect and audience champion, you will collaborate with diverse functional teams including Business, Product, Studios, Sports, and Service Strategy, bringing industry expertise and a customer-obsessed mindset to the forefront.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creation and implementation of audience-specific strategy briefs in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Act as a strategic partner and advocate for the audience, ensuring their needs shape business decisions.
  • Synthesize customer research and insights to craft compelling marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Direct and oversee campaigns for priority audience initiatives, managing strategy and execution effectively.
  • Enhance cross-functional collaboration through process improvements and strategic influence.
  • Facilitate quick decision-making across teams while upholding high standards and authenticity.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with global peers to enhance organizational impact.
  • Position yourself as a thought leader in audience strategy, promoting an audience-first mindset.
  • Manage complex priorities and provide clear guidance and frameworks to stakeholder teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 8+ years of experience in executing creative marketing strategies in an agency or in-house environment.
  • Proven ability to build and scale cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience balancing strategic marketing planning with tactical execution.
  • Ability to navigate and collaborate across all organizational levels.
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience building relationships with product, consumer research, and marketing teams to develop impactful strategies.
  • Expertise managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Background in the entertainment industry.
  • Proven success in marketing strategy, campaign development, and audience journey mapping.
  • Demonstrated measurable impact from marketing initiatives, fostering authentic customer relationships.
