Description

Join our dynamic Audience Development Marketing team as a Senior Product Marketing Manager focused on Go To Market (GTM) strategies! In this key role, you'll shape the GTM strategy and execution for Amazon Music, enhancing artist content and fan experiences. We are looking for an experienced product marketer who is innovative and strategic, with a deep understanding of creating optimal customer mobile app experiences.

Your ability to collaborate across functions with product managers will be vital in setting the product roadmap. This involves developing and launching new features that surprise, delight, and engage our users. You'll also work alongside various marketing teams—such as social media, brand, paid channels, and promotions—to create global GTM strategies aimed at boosting feature awareness, adoption, and retention across all devices.

This role is highly visible, and a successful candidate will need to navigate ambiguity, build trust with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, creativity, and a keen attention to detail are essential for success. While this role has a global focus, you'll collaborate with regional teams to adapt strategies for local markets while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop scalable GTM strategies and frameworks applicable to various product feature launches.
  • Conduct customer research to produce insights, enhancing brand positioning in the competitive MSP landscape.
  • Oversee execution and performance of cross-channel global marketing plans to increase awareness, adoption, and engagement of key features.
  • Collaborate with product teams to outline feature roadmaps aimed at growing Monthly Active Users, Listening Hours, and enriching the Amazon Music customer experience.
  • Consult with Amazon Music Industry and Artist Relations teams for better integration of artist content into the user experience.
  • Create compelling GTM creative assets (video, social, owned media), collaborating with design teams.

Provide copywriting guidance, advocate for optimal customer experiences in UX design collaboration, and lead regular reviews of roadmap progress with leadership across marketing, subscriptions technology, and product.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of professional marketing experience (non-internship).
  • Demonstrated experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Proficient with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Experience in building and executing cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Proven track record leading go-to-market strategies for consumer software or hardware product launches.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis.
  • Knowledgeable in customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.

Amazon is an equal opportunity employer, and we value diversity in our workforce.
