Strong passion for the Lilly Pulitzer brand and knowledge of the collection and company history. Ability to be the “voice” of the brand, influencer, editor-facing and beyond. This requires the ability to communicate effectively both on behalf of the brand and on behalf of social community, always speaking in a Lilly “voice”.Exceptional organizational skills; detail oriented Strong time management skills: ability to juggle priorities and multiple projects.
