About the Director of Business Workshops

In this role, you will help founders move faster than you did.

You will lead workshops that teach scaling frameworks, facilitate founder discussions, and help entrepreneurs diagnose the real constraints holding their businesses back. Your job is to help founders see what they cannot see and focus their resources on the problem that will actually unlock growth.

This role blends founder empathy, rapid business diagnosis, clear storytelling, and disciplined preparation.

You will also help strengthen the Advisory Practice by mentoring teammates, improving frameworks, and raising the performance of the advisory team as a whole.

This role is intense, fast-moving, and deeply meaningful.

Advisors train continuously through presentation practice, business diagnostics, and workshop review so every session improves.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops that teach founders how to identify constraints and allocate resources like investors

  • Facilitate founder discussions and diagnostics that uncover the real bottlenecks in their businesses

  • Translate complex business concepts into clear, actionable lessons founders can apply immediately

  • Prepare rigorously by researching attending businesses and identifying likely founder challenges

  • Continuously improve your craft through training, presentation practice, and workshop review

  • Strengthen the advisory team by sharing insights, improving frameworks, and mentoring teammates

Requirements

  • Current or former founder who has built a business, ideally to seven figures in annual revenue and carried responsibility for payroll, team leadership, and growth decisions

  • Willingness to transition fully into the role and not continue operating an outside company

  • Exceptional ability to diagnose businesses quickly and identify the true constraint holding growth back

  • Strong storytelling and communication ability that makes complex business concepts simple and actionable

  • High empathy for founders combined with the ability to deliver direct, candid feedback

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and committed to rigorous preparation and continuous improvement

Results

  • Deliver workshops that help founders identify the true constraint in their business

  • Create moments of clarity that change how founders think about their company and their role as CEO

  • Maintain strong workshop satisfaction and engagement scores

  • Improve workshop quality and advisory frameworks over time

  • Contribute to raising the performance of the advisory team

  • Present workshops on stage within your first 30 days

Workshop Schedule Expectations

  • Our workshop weeks are intentionally high intensity and fast paced to drive transformation for founders.

  • During workshop weeks, team members should expect to be available from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM with additional preparation and debrief time as needed.

  • When not running workshops, advisors spend time improving their craft through preparation, training, and continuous skill development.

  • This pace is not for everyone and that is okay.

  • We set this expectation clearly so that only those who thrive in high accountability, high performance environments choose to be here.

Location

  • Las Vegas, NV (Onsite)

  • Candidates must be willing to relocate to Las Vegas. Short term travel during relocation may be acceptable for the first 1 to 2 months.

  • Support for relocation to Las Vegas will be provided

Compensation

  • $180,000 to $260,000 base salary plus up to 20 percent annual bonus

  • The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits (more details below).
