Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for the Head of Energy Partners, based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The role involves overseeing and managing partnerships within the energy sector, developing and implementing business strategies for energy projects, and fostering relationships with both public and private sector stakeholders. Responsibilities also include analyzing trends within the energy industry, focusing on renewable energy initiatives, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Energy Management, Renewable Energy, and the broader Energy Industry
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess energy trends, data, and project performance
- Experience in Business Planning and strategic decision-making processes
- In-depth understanding of the energy sector and ability to manage high-level partnerships
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Capacity to work collaboratively with internal teams and external industry partners
- Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Energy Management or Business, is required; an advanced degree is a plus
- Prior experience working with government contracts or international energy initiatives is highly beneficial
