About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth & Consumer app to own Snaplii’s growth engine end‑to‑end from user acquisition and onboarding to merchant offer discovery, conversion, retention, and membership monetization. This role will lead the next phase of Snaplii’s marketplace and transaction growth. You will design scalable product‑led growth systems, build membership and loyalty programs, and create gamified engagement experiences that accelerate GMV and maximize user lifetime value. The ideal candidate combines strong product judgment, analytical rigor, and commercial thinking, with a proven ability to drive measurable growth in consumer or marketplace platforms.
What You’ll Do
- User Acquisition and Referral Growth: Own user acquisition across core entry points, including onboarding optimization and referral programs
- Design and scale cashback‑led incentives, invite campaigns, and viral growth mechanics
- Build repeatable growth loops and optimize CAC through experimentation and performance channels
- Develop gifting and sharing use cases that expand distribution organically
- Cashback and Local Commerce Experience (Discovery to Conversion): Own the end‑to‑end shopping journey across cashback offers and local merchants
- Optimize search experience, listing pages, nearby merchant discovery, and personalized ranking
- Improve conversion from discovery to purchase and in‑store spend
- Continuously test merchandising strategies and ranking logic to increase GMV
Membership and Loyalty Systems
- Design and optimize membership tiers, benefits, and cashback multipliers
- Launch exclusive member offers and engagement mechanics such as missions and spend challenges
- Increase purchase frequency, retention, and ARPU
- Build monetization systems that scale sustainably
Retention, Lifecycle and AI Automation
- Own lifecycle engagement and retention strategy
- Implement automated marketing triggers and personalized offer recommendations
- Leverage AI‑driven systems for recommendations and customer support
- Improve repeat purchase behavior and long‑term user engagement
Requirements
- 3–6 years of Product Management experience, with a focus on growth within consumer platforms or marketplace businesses
- Experience in local commerce platforms or merchant marketplaces strongly preferred
- Proven track record of driving GMV growth, transaction volume, and product/category performance
- Hands‑on ownership of onboarding optimization, referral systems, and conversion funnel improvements
- Experience with recommendation systems, ranking models, and offer merchandising
- Strong analytical skillset with experience running data‑driven experiments
- Ownership mindset and ability to operate independently in fast‑paced environments
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable commercial impact
- Business‑level Mandarin proficiency is required, as this role partners closely with teams and clients in Mandarin‑speaking regions
