What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Support clients in evolving and maturing their supply chain planning processes, including product portfolio planning, demand planning, supply and inventory planning, S&OP, and S&OE
• Advise senior supply chain planning leaders on best practices across various manufacturing subsectors
• Lead process and capability assessments to align current performance with desired strategies
• Develop innovative insights and actionable approaches to meet client needs
• Create and deliver high-value presentation materials for events and client briefings

What is Required (Qualifications)

• 12+ years of experience in supply chain planning, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• Experience managing supply chain planning for manufacturers across multiple industries
• Strong organizational skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines
• Excellent research and writing ability, with strong communication skills
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%

• Industry experience in high tech, semiconductors, or consumer electronics
• Subject matter expertise comfortable presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams in a multicultural environment
