SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program Director

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Program Director to join our Practice. This role will lead the delivery of complex, large-scale transformation programs, ensuring successful execution from strategy through implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and governance of large-scale transformation engagements
- Oversee end-to-end program delivery, including all phases, releases, and project components
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders, client teams, and third-party partners
- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality
- Drive program governance, risk management, and issue resolution across multiple work streams
- Maintain accountability for overall program performance, milestones, and deliverables
- Establish and enforce best practices, methodologies, and delivery frameworks
- Provide executive-level reporting and communication to key stakeholders
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure a high level of engagement and satisfaction
- Proven experience leading large, complex transformation programs within a consulting environment
- Strong understanding of SAP end-to-end business processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with program governance, financial management, and resource planning
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
