About This Role

As an Analyst II of Direct Marketing, you’ll be at the center of campaigns that put our message directly into customers’ hand and turn that reach into results. You’ll lead the full direct mail lifecycle, from building smart, data-informed strategies and testing new ideas, to managing vendor partners and ensuring flawless execution. Most importantly, you’ll measure performance end-to-end, uncover insights, and continuously optimize to improve response, efficiency, and ROI.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop direct mail marketing strategies in line with overall marketing goals and objectives.
  • Plan and execute targeted direct mail campaigns to reach specific audiences or customer segments.
  • Identify and define target audience segments for direct mail campaigns based on customer profiles, market research, and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling direct mail materials, including letters, postcards, brochures, and other promotional materials.
  • Work closely with product or service teams to develop enticing offers, promotions, or discounts for inclusion in direct mail campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign data, including response rates, conversion rates, and return on investment (ROI), to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for future improvements.
  • Develop and manage the budget for direct mail marketing campaigns, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, such as printing companies and mailing services, to ensure timely and accurate execution of direct mail campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as data protection and privacy rules, in all direct mail activities.
  • Execute A/B testing as required to continually improve performance.
  • Manage implementation of new technologies and business processes to drive efficiency in the campaign management process.

Do You Have

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field with 2-3 years of experience in direct mail marketing and campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for campaign optimization.
  • Ability to develop help influence creative and engaging direct mail materials that resonate with the target audience.
  • Excellent project management skills to plan and execute multiple direct mail campaigns simultaneously, meeting deadlines and managing resources effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with others and keep projects on task.

The starting compensation range for this job is $50,000 to $64,300.
