This role requires strategic partnership with clients, operational leadership of delivery teams, and ensuring high data quality. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in AI or data operations, strong technical skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science. Compensation ranges from $255,000 to $325,000 OTE plus equity.
