Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a National Sales Director located in Park City, IL. The National Sales Director will lead and oversee the company's sales efforts, including strategic planning, managing sales performance, cultivating relationships with key accounts, and identifying new market opportunities. They will be responsible for managing a sales team, setting sales goals, tracking progress, and providing mentorship to ensure the team meets performance targets. Additionally, the role involves collaboration with cross‑functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and market trends.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Sales, including developing strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets
- Proven experience in Sales Management and Team Management, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and lead a team effectively
- Expertise in Market Planning and identifying new market opportunities
- Proficiency in Account Management, building and maintaining relationships with clients and key accounts
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience in the food industry or CPG (consumer packaged goods) sector is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
