Executive Director, Americas Real Estate Portfolio

A global technology company is seeking a Real Estate Portfolio Leader to manage all 340 locations in North America. The successful candidate will develop strategies for real estate transactions, coordinate with the corporate real estate department, and lead the portfolio management team. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in real estate and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in Spanish, German, or Portuguese is a plus.
