- 1+ years of leasing experience
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Professional, upbeat, and goal-oriented mindset
- Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office; Yardi a plus)
- Ability to obtain Fair Housing certification
- Tour prospects and showcase apartment homes and amenities
- Follow up on leads and convert traffic into leases
- Deliver top-tier customer service to residents and prospects
- Prepare lease paperwork and coordinate smooth move-ins
- Maintain strong market knowledge and stay ahead of competitors
- Support resident retention and renewal efforts
