Commercial Lines Property & Casualty experience required (retail or wholesale)
P&C License preferred
Strong understanding of commercial underwriting, quoting, and binding processes
Excellent sales, marketing, and relationship-building skills
Strong computer and system navigation skills
Professional phone etiquette and customer service mindset
Self-motivated, dependable, outgoing, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a team environment
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive new business and retain renewals
Evaluate, classify, and rate commercial insurance risks to determine coverage, pricing, and acceptability
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and carriers
Maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers; serve as a primary point of contact
Service commercial insurance policies by responding to inquiries, endorsements, and requests
Manage the quoting, binding, and renewal processes accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure timely and compliant policy issuance
