Salary: $55,000.00 per year + Uncapped commission & bonuses

Shift:

Monday - Friday (Flexible schedule)

This is what it takes to work for us.

2 years of sales experience (medical device, healthcare, or B2B sales preferred)

Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Proven ability to work independently while managing a large geographic territory

Willingness and ability to **travel regularly** within the assigned region

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented mindset

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Experience selling into hospitals or surgical environments (preferred)

Familiarity with clinical or technical product sales (preferred)

Strong organizational and time-management skills (preferred)

Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory by developing new accounts and expanding existing relationships.

Promote and sell neurosurgical products to hospitals, surgeons, and clinical staff.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

Develop and execute effective territory plans, including account targeting and call strategies.

Conduct product demonstrations, in-service trainings, and provide procedural support as needed.

Maintain accurate documentation of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts.

Travel regularly throughout the territory to support accounts and drive revenue growth.

Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
